The hall is at 3 Allen Way, Datchet, SL3 9HR, just off Horton Road and looking onto the village recreation ground.
Who runs the hall?

How much does it cost to hire?
Charges depend on the spaces, times and type of event, and regular bookings may be charged differently. The hall does not publish a fixed price list, so ask the booking secretary for a quote.
How do I pay?
A deposit is requested at booking. Payment arrangements can be discussed, and bank transfer is preferred.
Who can hire the hall?
The hirer must be over 21 and must name a Responsible Person who stays throughout the event.

Can I use the kitchen?

Can I serve or sell alcohol?
You may not sell alcohol unless you hold an Occasional Licence for the period and have agreed it with the committee.
Can I play music or hold a disco?
The hall holds a Performing Rights Society licence for copyright music. A disco needs no special licence, but be clear who is responsible for the equipment while it is on site. Any other licence you need is your responsibility.

No animals are allowed except guide dogs, unless a special event is approved.
Can I let off fireworks?
No. Fireworks are not allowed on the patio or the surrounding grass, and cannon confetti is not allowed.
Where can I park?
